Terms of service

1. The service

DRIVON SY is an advertising platform that connects car buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale, we do not own the cars listed, and we do not handle payment or delivery.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and a reachable Syrian phone number.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to bypass limits.

3. Listing rules

• Advertise only a car you actually own or are authorised to sell.
• Photos must be of the actual car; stock or stolen images are removed.
• Price, mileage, year and condition must be truthful.
• No duplicate listings for the same car.

4. Prohibited content

Fraudulent offers, stolen vehicles, illegal goods, offensive or abusive content, spam, and any attempt to move users to unsafe payment schemes are forbidden and lead to removal and account suspension.

5. Moderation

Every listing is reviewed before publication. We may reject, edit or remove any listing, and suspend accounts that break these terms, at our discretion.

6. Fees

Posting is currently free for private sellers. Paid dealer packages and advertising are agreed separately in writing. Any change to pricing will be announced in advance.

7. Liability

The transaction is between buyer and seller. DRIVON SY is not liable for the condition of a vehicle, the accuracy of a listing, or any loss resulting from a deal made through the platform. Inspect before you pay.
