Safety tips
DRIVON SY does not take part in the payment or the handover. These rules keep you protected.
Before you meet
- Keep the conversation inside DRIVON SY chat so there is a record.
- Be suspicious of prices far below market value.
- Never pay a deposit before seeing the car in person.
- Refuse any request to transfer money to a third party or abroad.
During the meeting
- Meet in daylight in a busy public place, and bring someone with you.
- Ask for the seller's ID and match it with the car papers.
- Inspect the chassis number, and take the car to a mechanic you trust.
Completing the sale
- Money changes hands only when the ownership transfer is signed.
- Write a sale agreement with both ID numbers and the agreed price.
- Keep copies of every document.
Report suspicious behaviour
If a listing or a user looks fraudulent, report it immediately from the report page and we will investigate.
