What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, city and profile photo if you add one.
• Listing data: the car details and photos you publish.
• Messages you send through the in-app chat.
• Basic usage data such as listing view counts.

What is public

Your listing details, photos, seller display name and city are public. Your email is never shown. Your phone number is shown on your listing only after a visitor chooses to reveal it, so buyers can contact you.

How we use it

To publish your listings, let buyers and sellers talk, review content for fraud, and understand aggregate usage of the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage and access

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules, so each user can read only their own private data. A small number of administrators and moderators can access listing and account data for moderation.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your listings at any time, and request full account deletion by emailing privacy@drivon.sy from your registered address.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. We do not run advertising trackers.
